In our effort to fully serve our district and patrons, we allow non-school related individuals, groups and organizations to use various rooms in our facility. This includes classrooms, the seminar center and certain equipment.

To check on the availability of space please visit our facility use calendar, after viewing the calendar close that window to return to this page. It is updated at least once a month. You can also call 477-2250 and ask for Linda to check on the availability.

If you want to read our policy on Use of School Facilities you can view the policy on-line from the menu on the left. You may also download the policy in one of two formats, Word 2000 or in Rich Text Format from that page.

If you have read our policy and want to request the use of our facility you can download the request form or view it on-line and print it. Once the form is completed you may fax it back to us at 477-0138. Because this form must be signed, it must be faxed, mailed (711 W Tamarack -- Altus, OK 73521) to the attention of "Facility Use Request", or returned in person. You may view the request form or download the form in Word 2000 or in Rich Text Format from the menu on the left.
